I'll be 60 this May and I've sailed Lasers since 1982. I hooked up with some folks racing a 43 ft Serendipity (IOR Warhorse) in San Francisco Bay last year and we did great. Placing in all of the races we entered and taking the Corinthian Yacht Club Midwinters two years in a row. I'm now racing aboard a Tripp 47 - went offshore for the first time 2 weeks ago. We are sched to do more offshore over the next few months. MY ADVICE IS SHOWUP AT REGATTAS AND LOOK FOR FOLKS NEEDING CREW. DO IT!
